What a team gets out of it

Running the session yourself

You do not need a facilitator for a useful first session. Forty-five minutes is plenty:

Keep it light. The point is understanding, not labels, and nobody should feel boxed in by a result.

Common questions

What is the minimum team size?

Three people. Team reports are $39 a person, GST included, so three people is $117. For two people, the pair report at $79 is the better fit.

How long does it take each person?

About seven minutes. Everyone takes the test on their own device, whenever suits them.

Do I need a consultant to run the session?

No. Most of the value comes from people reading their own report and talking about how they prefer to work. The outline on this page is enough for a first session. For a large or difficult group, an experienced facilitator can help.

Can we use the results for hiring or promotion?

No. Our assessment is for self-awareness and team development only. No behavioural questionnaire is a sound basis for employment decisions, and using one that way carries legal risk.

What if we have a large team or need something custom?

Get in touch through the contact form and we will work something out.

Our assessment is for self-awareness and team development. It is not a psychological assessment, has not been independently validated, and must not be used for recruitment, promotion or any other employment decision.
