How it works

The DISC model comes from the psychologist William Moulton Marston, who described it in 1928. It sorts everyday behaviour along four dimensions. No personality boxes, just a read on how you tend to act.

How pair and team reports work

Everyone takes their own test and gets their own full report. As the organiser you also get a private comparison report that shows how all your styles fit together.

1 · Buy or use a code

Choose the pair report (exactly two people) or the team report (three or more, $39 each). If you have a team access code, enter it with your email instead of paying. You can also choose shared reports, which lets you read each person's full report.

2 · Get your link by email

The moment you pay or enter your code, we email you your private comparison link. Keep that email, it is how you get back to the results any time.

3 · Share the test link

Send the share link (shown on screen and in your email) to each person. They each take their own test, about 7 minutes, and get their own full report by email.

4 · Watch it come together

Open your comparison link whenever you like. It shows how everyone's styles sit together and updates automatically as each person finishes, however many there are. It appears once at least two are done.

Each person's full report is private to them, unless the organiser chooses shared reports when buying. If they do, everyone is told on screen before they start, and the organiser can open each person's full report from the comparison link.

Your report will be shared

The person who set up this test will be able to read your full written report, including your strengths, your blind spots and how you tend to react under pressure. They will not see your individual answers. If you would rather keep your report private, close this page and take the test as an individual instead.

Before you start

You will see 24 sets of four statements. In each set, tap Most like me on the one statement that fits you best, and Least like me on the one that fits you least. Two taps per set, then Next.

Answer for how you actually behave at work most of the time, not how you would like to be, and not how you are at home. Go with your first instinct. None of the statements will be a perfect fit, and that is expected. It takes about seven minutes.

Here is an example set first.

Example
I make the call and move on.
I like to talk things through with people first.
I prefer a steady, predictable pace.
I double-check the detail before I commit.
