Enter the email address you used. We will send every report and comparison link tied to it. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your junk folder, then try the second option below.

Paid, but nothing ever arrived?

Usually this means the address was mistyped at the payment page, so everything went somewhere else. We cannot simply send it to a new address on request, because the link you share with your team would let anyone who has it redirect your reports. So we check the card instead.

You will need the payment reference. It is in the web address you landed on after paying, and in the link you shared with your team: the part starting cs_. Paste the whole link if that is easier.

If the card has been cancelled, or you paid by a method with no card digits, send us a message with the payment reference and we will sort it out by hand.

We only ever send links to the address entered here. We do not show whether an address has bought a report, and we never display anyone else's report.
